UK Shipping – FREE Tracked Delivery
Enjoy FREE tracked shipping on all UK orders, with delivery within 2-3 working days. We send every parcel with a reliable tracked courier. You can then follow your order from our workshop to your doorstep. In addition, we pack every order with care to ensure your leather goods arrive in perfect condition. For example, an order placed on Monday typically arrives by Wednesday. Browse the full collection in our shop — every UK order ships free, with no minimum spend required.
International Shipping Policy
We deliver to customers around the world. A flat international shipping rate applies to all orders outside the UK. We calculate it at checkout based on your destination. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days. Please note that you remain responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. As a result, we recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries during busy periods. Once we dispatch your parcel, you can then follow it with Royal Mail tracking.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Handmade and personalised items may take a little longer. However, we always show the estimated dispatch time on the product page. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
