What is full-grain leather, and why do you use it?
Full-grain leather is the top layer of the hide, kept with its natural grain intact. It is the strongest and most durable grade of leather available. We use only full-grain leather in our handcrafted leather goods because it develops a rich patina over time. It also resists wear far better than corrected or bonded leather, and it looks better with age.
Do you offer free shipping in the UK?
Yes. We offer free tracked shipping on every order across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required. We carefully pack each order and dispatch it from our workshop, so your wallet, belt or bag arrives safely at your door at no extra cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch orders placed before our daily cut-off on the next working day. Standard UK delivery then takes two to four working days. Every parcel travels with tracking, so you can follow its journey. During busy periods we will always keep you updated by email.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
