Activate Warranty: Lifetime Warranty Coverage for Handmade Products Only
Please note: our lifetime warranty applies to handmade products only. It covers defects in craftsmanship — the way our artisans cut, stitched, and finished your item — for the lifetime of the product.
What the Activate Warranty Covers
- Stitching that comes loose or unravels under normal use
- Hardware faults such as broken zips, poppers, or buckles
- Edge finishing or construction defects present on arrival
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, and natural patina that develops on genuine leather
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water exposure, or improper care
- Items anyone other than Prime Scope has altered or repaired
How to Activate Warranty
- First, find your order number in your order confirmation email (see Track Your Order if you need help locating it).
- Then, email primescopegloballtd@gmail.com with the subject line “Warranty Activation” and include your order number and the product name.
- Finally, we will reply within 1–2 business days confirming that your lifetime warranty is now active.
