Wondering where your handmade leather goods are? You can track your order at any time in two easy ways: through your account page on our website, or through the tracking email we send you once your order ships.
Option 1: Track Your Order Through Your Account
If you created an account when you checked out, tracking your order takes just a few seconds:
- Log in to your account page.
- Go to the Orders section.
- Select the order you want to track.
- View its current status and tracking details, including the carrier tracking link.
Your account page always shows the most up-to-date status of every order you have placed with Prime Scope.
Option 2: Track Your Order Through the Tracking Email
When your order leaves our workshop, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes:
- Your order number
- The shipping carrier and your tracking number
- A direct link to follow your parcel in real time
Simply click the tracking link in the email to see where your package is and its estimated delivery date. If you checked out as a guest, the tracking email is the easiest way to track your order.
Tracking Is Not Updating?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking after they create a label, so a short delay is normal. You can also enter your tracking number directly on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracking pages. If your tracking has not updated after a few days, or you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam folder first — then contact us at primescopegloballtd@gmail.com with your order number and we will be happy to help.
Keep Your Order Number Safe
We send your order number in your order confirmation email right after checkout. Keep it handy — you will also need it to activate your 1-year warranty on our handmade products.
We pack every Prime Scope parcel with care and ship it with tracking included, so you can track your order all the way from our workshop to your doorstep with complete peace of mind.
