1. Products and Pricing
We handcraft every product on Prime Scope from genuine leather. Because our artisans craft each item by hand, you will notice slight variations in color, texture, and finish. These natural differences mark genuine craftsmanship, not defects.
We list all prices in US dollars, and we may change them without notice. Therefore, you will pay the price shown at the time you place your order. We work hard to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors exactly.
2. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure checkout. In addition, we process your payment when you place your order. We confirm your order only after we successfully authorize your payment.
We process all transactions over secure, encrypted connections. Furthermore, we never store your full payment card details on our servers.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. You can find processing times, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times at checkout and on our Shipping page. Our carriers provide delivery estimates, but they do not guarantee them. Also, risk of loss transfers to you when we deliver your order to the carrier.

5. Warranty
We cover every Prime Scope product with a 12-month warranty on craftsmanship. To activate your warranty, email primescopegloballtd@gmail.com with your order number. For more details, see our Activate Warranty page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
